Information we collect

When you send an assistance request or a job application, you provide us with your name, email address, telephone number (if you choose to give one), a description of the problem or your experience and availability, and any documents you attach such as a CV.

We do not collect passwords, banking or card credentials, or government identification numbers, and we will never ask you for them.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your request, carry out the work you have asked for, assess a job application, and keep a record of the work we have done for you.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is protected

Requests reach us as email sent to our business address, and we keep them in access-controlled accounts used only by people who need them for the work. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the work or for our records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Sharing

We share your information outside our team only where you have asked us to (for example when we coordinate an appointment on your behalf), or where we are required to by law. Where a problem needs a specialist, we tell you first rather than passing your details on without asking.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will confirm what we have done.
